Fireproof is the quintessential “evangelical” execrable movie. Though it may reflect “some” truth, overall it represents the confused, contradictory, and heretical “Christianity” of evangelicalism quite well, the kind far from the truth of Scripture that God spews out of His mouth (Rev 3:16-17). Everything that is to be despised about “evangelicalism” is condensed into a two-hour shot of pseudo-righteousness. No one that knows anything about the Bible or professes to be a Chr
